Small, cute, and not a slut.
Being quirky also helps.

EDIT:

Agreed.
The pornstar look is not attractive.
Like, at all.

I think we are all going to reach a general agreement over what our ideal future partner would be.

Here is a list of Rudolf Valintino's (one of Hollywoods first major movie stars) list of top ten attributes for the perfect women- (note he is writing from the 1920's.)

1)fidelity
2)recognition of the supreme importance of love
3)Intelligence
4)Beauty
5)A sense of humour
6)Sincerity
7)An appreciation of good food
8)A serious interest in some art/trade/hobby
9)Old fashioned and full hearted acceptance of monogamy
10)Courage

I i agree with a a fair few of his points and disagree with others. I think point 8 is a good feature that is rarely mentioned by others who list what they look for in women.

Perhaps some of the female members would put down their top ten attributes for the perfect guy?
4 and 7 aren't that important to me, but otherwise I think it's just about the same, honestly. I expect most of the same things I'm putting into a relationship in return.
I'll do this

1. must be a nice guy and must understand that his friends come before our relationship (This is for me, others might feel differently)
2. prioritizes love over sex, though sex is important in a relationship too
3. Intelligence to a certain degree, not to genius standards however, unless he owned the ablilty not to be condesending.
4. A sense of humour of his own. Recycled wit from Family Guy or Borat does not count.
5. A flair for speaking to parents, because mine are tricky XD

Yeah I'm going to leave it at 5 because that's all I'd want from a guy.

Okies (Damn Sky!), I haven't given this much thought generally, but I'll add my tuppence worth anyway.

First of all, he'd be cute. No particular hair colour/eye colour etc, and not necessarily cute in the normal sense. I just mean that I'd have to feel some kinda attraction physically. (Call me shallow if you want, I'm just being honest.....)

Next, personality. I'd probably go for someone kind, out going and relaxed, to counteract my quietness and me being a stress head.

And finally interests (unless someone reminds me of some area I've totally forgotten). He'd probably be a gamer, but definitely a nerd/geek or other social outcast.

if anyone says looks don't matter
they're lying, people are only interested in other people that they find physically attractive
wish it wasn't true, but alas it is

This.

Also very petite and cute (my definition of cute) rather than "hot." (which is icky)

Furthermore, she'd have to never want kids, and not have much of a sex drive.
I prefer romance.
Pretty much it.

Traits are a plus, but the only thing that ever really matters is if I have feelings for them. Which is rare. Very, very rare. And I don't think any new ones will pop up anymore.

It's easy for me. Asian, straight teeth, none-greasy hair, 5'5"-5'8", and a brain. Long as they have that I don't care what else. Well, they need to be a woman, and not a cheater.

Mysterious, feisty, attractive (kind of redhead or brunette, and petite and cute rather than tall and hot...), kind of an enigma. Intelligent, nice person, good personality, similar interests to me (mainly acting and theatre, books, generally just culture itself, and film-making). Quirky sense of humour. Yep, I have pretty high standards. No wonder I'm single :(.

(although maybe my lack of confidence has something to do with that too...)

Id love meeting women who I can have an intelligent conversation with about all kinds of things, varying from something you read or saw to recent events. A similair taste in movies and music is pretty much a must. And it would be great if she was into gaming or at least show some interest in my gaming habits.

For looks im very tolerant. Im not perfect myself so ill never pass someone off over an imperfection. Though ill still blunty say: "Its the inside that matters, but she has to be presentable in public."

Your assumption is hilarious, considering I have to wait another 3 months before I meet her for the first time.
I think it would be a huge waste of time to only be with her for "the looks".

You're wrong, but you're entitled to think that.

Apologies then, the way you typed it made it seem that was your meaning. It's part of why I like her but it's not really part of the reason why we're still together.
When we first spoke about it, we both didn't know what either of us looked like, it simply didn't matter too us.

Still doesn't.

No offence mate but I disagree. Looks are like the icing on the cake. It doesn't neccessarily need the icing to taste good, but sometimes it can compliment and othertimes it can ruin the cake.

Personally I don't like icing.
