um wii does not make good games. i mean sure if your not a serious gamer and you cant afford to play on a real golf course but to make a good game that serrious gamers will buy it would have to be full of action. most probably shooting wich is good with a wii controler. also a sand box game, would be cool, were you can travel sell things probably something similar to GTA but a bit more different mabey set in the future

i agree that is a good new ideas for a wii game and you should make them and maybe you could be the designer and producer and you can make it full of action and shooting because i agree with your positing that it would be a good application for the wii controller

I agree loosely, but I find that punctuation may actually help you get your message across. Just throwing it out there because you just hurt my brain.

I think a great thing to do for the Wii would be to pull the pin on a grenade, set the grenade down next to the console, and exit the room.

Failing that, I would love to see another game that involves some sword fighting. (That actually works)

Oh and dear lord, Grammar and punctuation, its a forum post, you have the time, so use them.

Red Steel 2 looks pretty cool, since it uses motion plus and if you want a good shooting game, get some of the games from the Metroid Prime series.

With the motion plus, I think they should release a star-wars game. If it's done well who wouldn't want to play as a Jedi? Saying that the motion controls would have to be bloody good to prevent it descending into a rapid waving contest. You could use the other controller bit for movement and maybe force powers. Because the force unleashed was a good idea but rather poorly done in my opinion. Also it'd be cool if it had a mass effect/KOTOR freedom to it, so you can decide what kind of Jedi you want to be, but is it me or does the Wii just not sound very RPG friendly

I love pilating. XD

Anyway, I would make a game about riding on a giant crab across the equator just to see how it would be received. I guess it could be part rail-shooter part beat-em-up part fighter part platforming and part whatever the heck else could be fit into the bloody thing without it feeling extremely schizophrenic.

Wait, which part of that post are you replying to: the part etc bit, or feeling extremely schizophrenic bit?

I had to read your text twice before I could understand it.

As for an original Wii game, I disagree entirely with your idea of a sandbox game. The Wii depends on it's motion controls to recreate in-game experiences in order to immerse people in a game's gameplay; if half that time is spent navigating the environment, it wouldn't be any fun at all (it would be like recreating getting up and going to work.)

What the Wii DOES need is more games like The Conduit, only with a more fleshed out premise. I haven't played a good "cartoony" FPS since the South Park game on the N64; a game a such would seem like the perfect fit for the Wii.

Let's face it. The Wii has had every possible innovation made for it and they all have failed. It goes on just by retreading old innovations.

anyways the best thing they could invent for the wii would be a new power glove that actually works like its supposed too.

A Warioware game where you play the minigames at the same time, not take it in turns - that always feels cheap no matter waht console/game.

A game that actually works well on the ordinary contollers and not using the wii remote.

the only reason I would be a wii if it had some more power, so the desingers are not held back by the wii's graphical and processor limits, then they can make some great games.

Uhh... The important thing is you tried...

IF you are saying what I think you are saying, then you have clearly never heard of No More Heroes, MadWorld or House of the Dead : Overkill. All three of which make the Wii a console that needs to be owned by any serious gamer.
