Ideas for Fallout 4

i heard rumors of the legion coming back again yes the legion would be fun but it bores me how very interesting there not
they take the fallout theme in to the roman years this is the future set in the future anyway i would love to see some new elements some old and some new faces and yeah i know this sounds a bit too much to ask but vehicles lets bring it to
the fallout 1 and 2 again like on fallout 3 on the DLC pack can't remember which one but its at Adams air force base the land crawler which was basically an air craft carrier but on land i thought if we could have something like that again but you can take it as your own home that would be so awesome

from fallout 3 i loved the companions Fawkes was my favorite one but the problem was you couldn't have any of the companions as friends if your karma was crap or good i picked good karma and got Fawkes and also like fallout new Vegas you can have all your companions in one place so you know where they were i chose the lucky 38 for all my companions you can't do that with fallout 3

also with homes you only get one why not have more than one which you can only get if your of good karma in certain places or bad talking about the the fallout which has a date of the future but a theme of the 60s its a new fallout game now lets
bring more electronics in lets override a robot so you can control it why not just have one massive army base which you command and with the hard core mode you have to make sure no one attacks your base so that you have to keep an eye on things all the time

i know most of you might think this guys nuts but its just what i think you don't have to listen to me

i have read one of the articles up top and i agree it never actually rains in the post apocalyptic world from the bombs wouldn't there be clouds of ash and smoke that fills the air also blocking the sunlight making no heat just cold freeze and in the Mojave some of the NCR say they want a nuclear winter that would also happen in the fallout world lets have snow with actual abominable creatures thathave come from sea and air and fully mutated

Idea 1: Other factions besides just the Railroad, and the plantation( The names don't get me excited about that game)

Idea 2: Brotherhood: It's not being used to much, allot of people like it because the lore behind it is pretty good, compared to most of the factions

Idea 3: Guns should remain period

Idea 4: Keep it serious drive me into the plot, but don't make it like fallout nv where I just do everything, and get trusted to do everything

Idea 5: Companions Should be at most just 3.

Idea 6: No more carzodors, or make us immune to their poison in a perk

Idea 7: 100 levels

Idea 8: more skills

Idea 9: More Traits

Idea 10: Make it so at the end of the lv100 I have every skill mastered

Idea 11: Lots of weapons

Idea 12: vehicles, and boats is a must

Idea 13 Larger scale battles

Idea 14 More random encounters

Idea 15 Make so we can go in a building, and see must if not all of it, Don't use rubble as an excuse for this

People are saying things like vehicles, new game modes and mechanics etc. To those people, I will mention a saying 'if it ain't bork'd, don't fix it' Personally, I would love a Fallout 4 that was just more of the same from Fallout 3. FO:3 is my favourite game of all time, I loved the atmosphere and canon of the Fallout world. If they implemented Skyrim's menus, mechanics etc into the Fallout world I think it would be such an amazing game.
Must go now, my shrine to Bethesda needs dusting.
