Assholes online do not count. Just teammates that make you facepalm.

I have this classmate that I would sometimes play Left 4 Dead with. We called him the 'charger'. Yep, he doesn't wait to pick up any items or for us to heal. He just charges and sounds every alarm he sees. He went through the metal detector in L4D. Shot every car alarm in sight. Oh, and you can NOT let him have a molotov, because he hurls it whenever he sees anything that looks like an infected. And he sucks at throwing it too, missing the hole to the sewer and somehow managed to incapicitate all four of us. It was Expert, but somehow much harder.

But he is pretty good as an Infected. Mostly because there's less chance to kill us accidentally. He did hurl a car at me a couple of times, but forgive and forget I suppose. Many times.

My friend seems to forget that we're not playing FFA all the time, so he goes on a killing spree killing everything in sight including his own team-mates.

Once in Team Fortress 2 on PS3 years ago, some dumbarse on my team was holding the enemies Intel so he could gain more XP, but it was unranked...he then proceeded to call him a n**ger and a jizz gargling kid.
I didn't know Team Fortress 2 was ever on PS3. I do have to write jizz gargling kid down into my notebook though, never heard that one before.

WoW

Any player in an instance that insists on playing how they feel like it instead of how the team needs them to.

Warriors as tanks dual-wielding
Paladin healers trying to tank with Ret
Feral druids on heals that insist on using what little mana they have to shift in and out of cat form every five seconds
Warlocks that cast soul stone on themselves.
Hunters that insist that their pets are better tanks.

Thankfully this is mostly only seen leveling up and with pugs.

Most TF2 players after any major update. 75% of your team will be made up of the class that just received an update. Just imagine trying to win a game of payload with 5 snipers and 4 spies.

The Lost Planet 2 MP demo had a fair few as well. People who would just constantly dodge roll or completely ignore the enemy capturing their Data Post.

Luckily me and my partner fucking owned at that, we only lost a few games.
Hmm, I half expected you to call me the idiotic team mate. We did fucking own at it though.

well, i found this really retarded heavy on my team in TF2 once. since i was Medic, i decided to follow him out to the bridge on 2fort, when all of a sudden, a scout and demoman were running towards us. so, my heavy teammate runs up to them, RIGHT up to them, then sits there and eats a sandvich while at full HP..... then when he finishes, he just sits there, like he just left his keyboard. luckily he was enough to scare off the demoman, and i was able to kill the scout with my syringe gun. then he died, respawned and did it again.

Got pleeeenty of TF2 stories.
Just recently after the Engie update (I've always played a lot of Engie, so the achievements and new weapons have been like Christmas for me) I'm having a lot of terrible moments where new Engie players make awful mistakes (or, possibly, are just dicks) like running around their nests with their wrenches out, with full supplies, neglecting your Level 1 equipment while you're trying to build something else, or just camping out with their sentry while yours gets blown to pieces. Pre-update, those playing Engie usually had enough experience to know that when you pair up, by choice or by coincidence, half your responsibility is looking after everyone else's stuff.

DotArds on Garena... roughly 99% of them. A 100 kill streak on your person don't mean much if your team lost, idiot.

"Deadwood: I CAN'T GANK NOW IM FARMING CAUSE IM CARRY"
"Me: Why don't you go babysit Darklady on the bottom lane?
Demented Shaman: LOL NO I GO SOLO MID AND GANK "

for fucks sakes.
I feel your pain. Getting to 1600+ PSR to get on the non-scrub games is near-impossible (way back in the Open Beta). Such a shame, I wasn't able to pre-purchase.

This^ seen this many times, tho the engie updates wasnt so bad, i was playing last night and i dont usually play engie, but i play whats needed and i found myself the only engie. Then in another match that night i had to rage quit after playing egypt as blu with 4 snipers a spy and a medic, they had 2 heavys a demo a spy and a pyro.

Also makes me rage when NO ONE will change to something thats actually needed so your stuck with 6 snipers and 4 spys, and the only reason you cant change cause your already something thats really needed.

My main problem is when Auto-Team will bunch up the higher ranked people against lower ranked people. This is something I've encountered on Halo 3's matchmaking. Sometimes the rank isn't all that accurate but it is a bit damaging to my moral to see a bunch of higher-ups on one team, than notice that I am significantly higher in rank than my team mates while still being a significantly lower rank than everyone on the other team.

I also hate when people leave teams right as the match starts. It ends up either ending the match or creating awkward 1-on-1 matches

A few of my friends play L4D/L4D2 and the ineptitude with grenades always makes me facepalm, to be fair I have 275 hours of playtime and the three of them added together have about 70 hours... but grenades are such a simple thing that can make such a big difference in L4D. It just makes me cringe when someone lobs a pipe when there is already one out there, or when someone throws a molo at a tank in a confined space or wastes a vital bile bomb. Molo's are probably the worst, not throwing when there is a perfect opportunity and then throwing at just the wrong moment and forcing the party to split or double back to find cover, or cutting off an escape route when theres a tank round the corner...

Every online game I've ever played

Shouldn't be surprised, after all, I usually get taken to a random lobby and any kind of player could be in there.

And sometimes I act like an idiot because I'm bored.

I will agree with this, but pre-60 the above is pretty much what I do... Except for the Lock and Dr00d part, that's just dumb =(
(2 manning BRD as a Hunter with a priest friend at 55ish.. good times ^^)

Oh I know all about that... XD

Though I guess I can't talk really, my aim with those things is pretty bad, so I tend to avoid using them =(

I generally run around with that 15(L4D)/30(L4D2) round sniper when I find it though, you would be horrified how bad most people are at dealing with Special Infected, so I try to hang back a little and basicly cover-ass while they take out most of the common =/ (Even though most of the time I somehow have the highest kills anyway... explain that...)
