If a game or movie represented your life, which one would it be?

I was just watching the five year engagement and it reminded me of a friend's overly long engagement and ultimate demise and I was thinking what movie represents my life?

As a whole, its pretty boring but I definitely think I lived through a "you me and Dupree" phase.

What about you guys? If a game or movie represented your life, which one would it be?

Perhaps u had a "superbad" experience or you feel like u lived through "500 days of summer"

if u cant think of one, then if a movie or game was made of your life, what would it be called?

I can identify with Ulrich in The Man Without Qualities. But I generally try not to see my life as a narrative.

Stories are told, not lived.

I remember watching 'Black Swan' and totally seeing myself in Nina. Mainly in the first half of the movie. Her constant fear of everything was very much an externalised version of me internally. Less so these days but definitely a couple years ago. I also think that film does a great job of showing what it feels like to just lose yourself in a loud, strobe-y club after years of being very introverted.

Also I went through that phase of becoming a giant, crazy swan-monster. Ah college...

The film Memories of Matsuko. Ah sod it, I'll go into the reasons, I will carry on through life with a smile on my face, I will bring joy to those I love and do my best for all of them and do the best I can for myself. Life keeps hitting me down regardless, it gets harder and harder to the point where I may be homeless in 2 months due to reasons I cannot go into, but it was because a mistake made 3 times by a bank, and we are the ones suffering for it :/ I'm hoping that my ending will be different though. I hope.

Other times my life is a lot like Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg, a great big egg of joy. I can't find a film or game that goes inbetween those things.

I suppose, to a certain extent, Red Dead Redemption.
I work hard to achieve a certain goal, and after I finally attain it, something comes along to ruin it all.

Is there a story where an intellectually above average person tries to do some stuff but is often sabotaged by himself and the people around both intentionally and unintentionally?

If so, that would be pretty close. All you need to do is make it about 60% less interesting.

I guess the Garden state

The whole coming back to your town after being away a long time and seeing what your friends have done whilst feeling very disjointed from reality and those around you due to medication. Still waiting on the love part to happen again but aside from that i just found it very relatable.

Hmm... where's that game where you sit around, depressed, waiting to die from heart disease or cancer?

I'm sure there isn't one... movie or game...

Modern Times Forever. The film is a fictional depiction of what would happen to Helsinki?s Stora Enso building over the next few thousand years, if left untended. The movie runs 240 hours

and is most likely as boring as my life

Well, quite obviously it's Scorpion Ki--

Actually, I guess that doesn't apply here.

Um ... let's see. The Poker House is one that I felt was insanely relatable, though I'm mostly past that at this point.
