If all video games companies stopped making games, what would you do?

Or if in this deepest darkest future, games are banned because of their violent content(murder simulators), bias political commentary(tetris/missile command), subliminal messages about drugs(mario/pacman), and the fact that only kids play them... and they can't vote anyway so who cares.


... In that case I would make an underground organisation of gamers, under the cover of an exclusive board games club.

If you were to find out today that in May 2011, all video game companies, developers and retailers were to stop working with video games and go in different directions, and no one was going to continue the video game industry AND that the nation of Japan finally perfected their rocket technology to remove Japan from Earth and travel space, what would you do?

The entire game industry going in a different direction?
The only way for an entire industry to go kaput like that would be for their audience to completely vanish. So there is a good chance if that was to happen I, like everybody else would be interested in putting my time into something else....

Maybe the World decided to make some sort of sex orgy, drug fest world sport which makes everyone stop gaming and start gambling in the first Olympic Sex Games.
