No worries. There is a patch in beta at the moment but I doubt they'll fix everything in one fell swoop. It'll be interesting to see what will be in the fully released version that releases hopefully sometime next week.

I saw a couple of people claim the game ran much better for them with the beta patch. I don't how many areas/situations benefit from it but apparently it does help, to an extent.
