What it says on the tin. If you could pluck fictional character out of their universe and plant them in a different fictional universe, what match up would you choose?

Personally I've always wanted to place the protagonist from Saints Row 3/4 into Silent Hill. How would the hilarity of Saint Row respond to the horrors of Silent Hill? What creatures would the protagonist see? Could he survive armed with only his trusty dildo bat?

Alternatively how would Guts or Griffith fair in Game of Thrones? Could Griffith maneuver his way around his political enemies? Would Guts lose his patience and just decapitate Joffrey before calmly leaving the castle? What would Batman do?

How about you Escapist?

I've always wanted to see a high fantasy universe where it acknowledges the existence of more advanced alien life.

And what I mean by that is, the Curiosity Mars rover landing on Middle Earth. It would produce an interesting series of events...

Not a fictional character but whatever. You can pretend I said WALL-E.

I want to see a character from one of those gritty dark fantasy series transported to Equestria. Just take Tyrion Lannister, Ringil Eskiath, or Geralt of Rivia (or any other suitably cynical and foul-mouthed character) and suddenly drop them in the middle of an unrelenting sugar bowl to watch the hilarity ensue.

I'd really love to see SEES and Investigation team in different time settings. Both parties are essentially school kids and that's what defines them, but I'm just curious how they would fare in, say, medieval setting! I imagine Chie being something akin to Brienne of tarth. A female knight who hides her sex and fights with more honor than any man! Yukiko would actually be a fair princess, while Mitsuru would be a queen and Akihiko would be her most loyal knight! Don't forget to visit a "Magician" inn, where Yosuke is an in-keeper and Junpei is bard! And then there's Kanji, a lone crusader whose deeds are known across all the land!
I can go on and on with that topic.

I'd put Batman into the Dexter(not the cartoon) universe. The show would be one episode long since Batman would catch him in 20 minutes. That's my idea of drama.

I'd put Captain America into the Wormverse (setting of the web serial Worm [http://parahumans.wordpress.com/]). Yeah, he'd become a supervillain pretty quick.

My friend is developing a web comic along those lines, actually.

OT: For some reason, I'd really like to see Roland Deschain in the Supernatural universe. Particularly the first Dark Tower book implied how Gunslingers are trained to handle supernatural occurrences, so it would be an interesting combo.

Plus, as good as the Winchester brothers are, it'd be funny to watch the Gunslinger beat the shit out of them on their first encounter.

Any character from the Assassin's Creed universe who is in possession of a piece of eden, into the Dead Space universe.
I wonder what markers and pieces of eden together would result in...

plus, an assassin themed RIG would be amazeballs.

I'd place Tyrion Lannister into Sherlocks world, just to watch the arguments and the petty bickering ensue.

Or place Han Solo (possibly Chewy too) into dr who's universe, might add some actual action to the whole proceedings.

Sounds interesting. Do you have a link yet? A name? I would like to check it out.

Or when you say developing did you mean it isn't up yet?

So that this wasn't a complete misuse of forum space, somebody do the obvious and put MLP in L4D. I'm sure that's a mod...

As in he's explained the premise to me, and seeing as he's mainly doing this for the drawing side of things and I'm usually the one who focuses more on writing, I can tell you it's a very interesting and solid premise.

I've also seen some concept art, which was pretty good. He then redrew the piece he showed me while he was stoned, and it was even better. All in all, it's coming along pretty well, even if other stuff like a college course he's doing, and a fairly hectic part-time job are slowing it down. Assuming my memory doesn't fail me, I'll let you know if anything makes it onto the internet.

OT: I'd say Randy Savage in Skyrim, but there's a mod for that.

I've always been interested in putting a character from a sci-fi universe like the Master Chief from Halo, or a Space Marine, and then putting them into a medieval or fantasy universe and then see how they adapt/ end up becoming the most powerful warrior that universe had seen with their technologically advanced armour and weaponry.

Does it have to be a video game character?

If not, I'll take Lucifer Morningstar of Vertigo(Not New 52) and T.A.O of Wildstorm out of their universes and put them in Doctor Who, just to see what happens. Maybe I'll even add in Thanos from Marvel. Oh, how I'd love to see this. All of these characters are extremely intelligent and cunning, and their interactions with the Doctor could be gold. It also helps that 2 of the 3 characters are straight up villains.

I'd love to see the Eleventh Doctor crash-land the TARDIS into Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. They're both kids at heart, and it would be incredible to see the Doctor gawk over Willy Wonka's crazy lab. Oh, and vice versa.

I'd like to drop Colossal Titan into Ankh-Morpork. I don't know what would happen, but I'm sure it would be hilarious.

Well, I had an idea for a webcomic (Just a shame I can't draw to save my life) About this.

Basically it involves MLP and videogames, all of them. It had Celestia going insane from boredom during those 1000 years without her sister and sending her two most accomplished servants (A Unicorn driven by SCIENCE! and A Psychopathic Pegasus into various games just for fun.
They just take the place of the protagonist(s) and have to follow the game through to the end, without knowing anything about the world or what the game is about. Cue hilarity as the two of them use their Special Talents (Engineering and Fighting, respectively) and their tribal skills (Flying and Magic) to unconventionally solve the encounters of the game.

Like I said, It's a shame I can't draw...
