they wont, stupid ppl still buy hard copies and have no real serious relation with the internet or pc generally. The industry knows that without hard copies many "successful"games(not good games) would be epic fails. Marketing would be 70% useless if hardcopies didnt exist compared to now
Im not stupid, I have internet limits, seems stupid not to realise not everyone has really fast internet with a 100gb limit
plus its much more satisfying to own a physical copy
I would agree untill the part u said about satisfaction...
Internet limits or credit card issues are one of the few reasons i could agree getting a hard copy, but now in the age that the masses started playing games and get every crap they see marketed without even thinking, yes i call that stupid, but u dont need to worry 90% of world population is like that...
Most ppl barely use the internet at a serious level and are even afraid of it because they cant understand it and fear to online download, or only use it for really addictive stuff like wow(sorry but using internet for that only and google search doesnt mean u know it), many ppl dislike pcs as well because they are so stupid they cant even try to solve a simple problem that pops up in the pc screen and makes them rage(rage=stupid). well thats the stupid's person biggest problem in gaming 2, technical problems...
Thats close-mindness and for me its stupid just like 90% of the world
Physical copies is a waste of physical space expect if u are an idiot like my brother and u like taking pictures of them and post them on the internet to make u feel that u are not the loser u are in reality...
And like i said, hard copies wont stop being produced for very big games at least untill everyone is attached to the internet and uses it a lot and understands it, probably when the government manages to close everyone inside his home reducing the needs to get out of home by 90% therefore make ppl stay in their computers, oh no that still doesnt work since ppl will still be stupefied by games in their free time
