Well, by passing the obvious Arceus, I would it would depend on your definition of God. Jarachi because he grants wishes through miracles and prayers. Blissey because he's a forgiving healer. Or Anything like Giratina or Darkrai, because he's a vengeful destructive being.

Well god is Metaphysical isn't he? I mean we haven't bumped into him in space but we haven't seen him from a telescope either. If he is in a different dimension it would still be possible for us to see him, but he would look very weird.
