Well, I'm sure that everyone that is blaming games for *everything* is rather faulty at best. However, I do know that people do stupid things, and that has nothing to do with games or music or movies or anything beyond their own mental instabilities. My cousin tried to kill a classmate and his teacher, and it had nothing to do with anything besides being a little psychopath.

The solution to stopping this: start blaming Porn again. every time some kid kills someone find out if he's every looked at porn, even for a second and start crucifying that. I mean come on, even Ron Jeremy is taking pot-shots at us. Lets throw the ball back to them.

Although there are a ton of people out there that are fully aware of bullshit when they hear it. (Which I'm surprised at how many have found their way to this site.. Kudos to you all for not being brainwashed) It's sad to say there there are still a ton of sheeple out there that will believe anything a news reporter tells them.
Our main problem is not the anti-gamers, but the misinformed sheeple themselves... As long as they watch the news, they're only going to hear 1 side of the battle and adjust themselves accordingly... We need to break ourselves from attacking the source (anti-gamers) and beat them at their own game... If we can muscle up a good enough counter attack, we could get some likable person to try to win the crowd back over in our favor...
Because honestly? Attacking anti-gamers is only helping their cause, no one wants to hear that, but it's the honest truth...
The sooner we start playing ball their way... The sooner we can throw them off guard and break this corrupt cycle...

Actually, when i was younger and mum interupted me during, or slightly after, playing a game i completely lost my shit. Don't know why, it just really pissed me off.

In it I will type,

In advance, I apologise for my actions. At this moment in time, this message is purely precautional. For whatever reason I did what I did, it was not because of video games.You may see the pile of video games in my living room and the Xbox360 on the floor and think, "Oh god, she was a gamer and she must have done what she did because of them." It was not. Games are an outlet for me and I do not suffer from any kind of psychiatric problem that prevents me from discerning the imiginary world of a game from reality.
So please, do not blame them. They are entertainment, for those, in my opinion, need more mental stimulation and interactivity than TV and Films.
