The Live action movies for Static shock, wonder women and teen titans would've began filming yesterday. Also I would've made a good Marvel ultimate Alliance clone with DC or teen titans charters. I have no Idea why Activison has stop making those types of games. They run every other Idea into the ground MAU2 was the only one that wasn't really that great.

not make Aquaman a damn joke anymore. His story is actually interesting and seeing as he controls 70% of earth,
Aquaman is a damned joke.

There's no two ways about it, he's the least popular, least cared about, least just-about-everything-you-could-name in all the Justice League.

His powers were, for all intents and purposes, the most worthless - with the exception of course of Batman. The difference being that Batman was supposed to be (in some way) relatable - yes he was a rich billionaire type, but he was still a human who relied on technology to raise him up, with all the frailties that come with being human.

Aquaman just... sucks. It doesn't matter that his domain is 70% of the earth, that 70% is not where people are, by and large.

Personal opinion of course, but one I feel that is shared by many, many, many people.
Just by writing this you show not that you hate the character, but that you just have no real knowledge of the character. That's the reason we need a good movie or show staring him.

The thread subject sounded like it was gonna be new lyrics to "If I Were A Boy," so I decided to write it like that.

If I ruled DC
Even just for a day
I'd bring Robin back to Batman and make sure he was returning to stay

Give Teen Titans a film
and give Green Lantern the boot
and everyone that liked his movie are the people that I'd round up and shoot

I was wondering since there is more then one green lantern's couldn't they just do a film about another green Lantern. Nick Furry was a lot better when they went for David Hassle Hoff to Samul L. Jackson. Lets make Green Lantern John Stewart in the Next film

On the Batman subject I agree with the idea of no more Batman movies. However, you can't have a Justice League movie without Batman and he needs to be introduced as a key member before the Justice League movie. Solution: Batman as the equivalent of Nick Fury.

Man of Steel 2 Post-credits scene: Clark leaves an interview with Bruce Wayne (we get to see what Bruce Wayne is like) when he hears a woman crying out for help in a nearby alley. He changes to Superman and rushes to save the day. When he gets to the alley he sees it's just a recording. Turns to see and instantly catch a Batarang flying at his face. Superman rushes up to Batman.
Batman: "We need to talk"
(end)

Problem solved in less than 30 seconds. Plus fans love the post-credits scenes. They're awesome.

I'm disappointed I didn't think to do that myself. Well played.

I'd love to make a Batman film the way I'd write the character, sorta Sin City like with internal monologues. Because to me, that's a huge part of digging Batman is reading his thoughts on the page so I'd love to hear it. And just focus on him taking down Mobsters. We don't need all this other crap, just have him take on the old Mafia.

Actually I have an old fanfic floating around with a Batman-like character facing an end of the world Lovecraftian horror, and he loses in the end. I'd love to make that Batman movie.

OR OR OR....

A Detective Show starring Paul Dini's Reformed Riddler and the Gotham City Sirens. My God did I love the fuck out of that comic, silly for what it was.

Give a stand-alone movie to:
Wonder Woman
Falsh
Shazam (Why not?)

The movies can hint of the existence of Batman and/or Superman, but NEVER explicitly show them on-screen...

Give the team movie treatment to:
Teen Titans
Justice League*

*This particular movie, which would span to two or three movies, would first focus on the relationship between Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman (who will be played by the same actress who played her in the stand-alone movie, which would not be canon-connected to said stand-alone movie...)

Other than that, make another DC animated show focusing on Shazam and his crew... while making a DC animated movie based on the Batman & Dracula: Red Rain graphic novel...

I'd write off Man of Steel (Man of Shaky-cam) completely. Reboot the DCU, but do it like Marvel did (you know... successfully.) Find a lesser hero and make a movie. If it bombs, no big deal it's just dev money lost. If it succedes, build on the success by putting your links to a larger DCU "in general." Don't go nuts and declare the hero in the good movie is going to be in "Bats V Supes with Ben Affleck and hookers." Instead just throw in some refrences to another hero's storyline or two. Then make THAT movie. String the fanboys along and let them do most of the promotions work FOR me. Get a couple of BIG successes under my belt... THEN announce one of the biggs movies (Supes or Bats.) And if it's still going strong, only then fire up the JL.

Patience... that's the key. You don't fire off a reboot DCU with the Superman ORIGIN story. Especially not when it's such a visual mess as was Man of Steel. You start from a more experimental place. A safe place where a failure isn't as magnified as a failed Superman or Batman would be. Maybe your Dr. Fate or Aquaman movie tanks hard... how would that hurt the DCU? It wouldn't, it isn't critical enough to. Maybe you have better success with a "Shazam" movie. Fine; then include the scene with an OAn in it, or drop the name of the Reverse-Flash. In THAT movie you can have a LexCorp truck, or a Bruce Wayne cameo. Or better yet, have that one refrence WW leading to her OWN movie that drops the Supes or Bats connection. Success in an effort like a on-screen DCU is built one step at a time, foundation first.

I'd erase Wonder Woman from the Superman sequel, tear Eisenberg and Gadot's contracts and financially compensate everybody who saw Green Lantern.
It should say something that Man of Steel made me actually like Green Lantern more. I still hated it, but at the same time I was thinking "at least they let Hal be happy and added COLOUR".

Also, Captain Marvel gets his own movie. Yes, he will be called Captain Marvel in the movie because naming his Shazam is stupid. He can never introduce himself.

Dwayne Johnson as Black Adam, dunno who plays CM, taking suggestions.

Billy Batson gets his old origin and situation, not that little shit in the reboot.

Eh, I'd like a Zatanna movie...but not a pretentious wannabe epic about her trying to save the world or whatever, just her mucking about in her day to day life, which involves large numbers of monsters causing trouble for no reason.

Hellblazer movie with all the bastardry of Vertigo run. Dangerous Habits would probably be 15+ very least, but flipping off devil(s) is priceless.

Wonder Woman.

***** deserves a fucking decent movie.

Seriously. How are they making Ant-man before they're making Wonder Woman? I'm generally the first person to insist that the 'inequality' in movies isn't as bad as certain feminist groupings seem to think, however I genuinely find it irritating that, of the DC universe, there was (when I was a child), a "trifecta" if you will, of DC heroes - Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.

The other two have had recent remakes/reboots/sequels to those remakes/reboots etc. The lass deserves a shot.
But wonder woman is so booooriing. The problem is less inequality in movies, and more , no decent female comic book dc superheroes to make a movie about.

OT: Make a movie about the Joker. Less bats more jokes. And add in Harley quinn because she's hot stuff.
