I would kill everyone. Simple. You see, it all starts with a little thing I like to call draining the oceans, sucking up all the air, and ordering a bunch of fundamentalists to kill everyone and then their selves.
ahh this is what i think of everyday. here are a small amount of my ideas.
i would order a law that would state if anyone saw piers morgan they would have to throw paint at him.
and i would have access to free wine gums.

If I ruled the world, I'd change the government to a Technocracy (A government headed by a top scientist) and assign scientists to all of my provinces.
I would crush all that oppose me, and send my groups of zealous followers to kill my enemies.
I would then unite the world into a sense of peace, and eliminate all the supposed "Feeling" from politics, as it does nothing but fuck shit up.
Then I would draw every tax into research and development, for cures, space colonization, and more powerful weapons to eliminate my foes.
I would crush all that oppose me, and send my groups of zealous followers to kill my enemies.
I would then unite the world into a sense of peace, and eliminate all the supposed "Feeling" from politics, as it does nothing but fuck shit up.
Then I would draw every tax into research and development, for cures, space colonization, and more powerful weapons to eliminate my foes.

Every single person would be tagged from birth. This tag would denote your status in society
Every single person would have their job assigned to them, as most people are too stupid to choose for themselves
People would be issued breeding rights by a committee.
Food and water would be issued with mood altering drugs, contraceptives and additional nutrients
Religion would be outlawed. Practise punishable by "re-education".
There would be work camps, and lots of them
There would be no money, citizens would be assigned a number of tokens that could be traded for specific luxury items. Food, clothing and shelter would be free, and given out by the state as it is needed.
Education would be compulsory.
There would be no police or armed forces as we have them today. Think more Thought Police
Those with deviant thoughts would be drafted into a think tank. If they failed to produce anything of use then it would cease to be a think tank, and become more of a sink tank
Me not liking you would be punishable by death
Alcohol and cigarettes would be monitored, but still legal. Other drugs would also be made legal. They would all be monitored
Those of artistic flare would be nurtured
There would be a mandatory 3 hours quiet time a day. In these 3 hours you can do whatever you want so long as it's quiet
Fossil fuels would cease to be used, bodies burn just as well
Everyone would have to learn at least 5 different languages from birth. Then, 10 years later the amount would go up to 7 languages. Then 15.
Eventually we will all be able to communicate
Human testing would be made legal
And finally
Michael Bay would be tortured for 15 years
Then shot in the face in front of everyone, his body burnt atop a pile of all the shitty movies he's made
The same would happen to Simon Cowell
