U.S. ACUs as our uniform. Military rankign system. Military weapons and armor. Protect locals and build powerbase by driving out other gangs by destroying there bases and safe houses basically what where doing in Afganistan. Symbol Eagle and a sword colors black and green.

My gang would get a bunch of bibles and basically preach to our enemies. The enemies would then be confused and I would say "End this violence. If you truly want to fix your community, do it through peaceful means, not through violence." If they start attacking our group, I basically assassinate their leader and force their gang members to join ours.
Mine would not be a traditional gang, but one that avoids drugs and violence. Come to think of it, it'd probably be more like a club where everyone sits around and plays video games and solves all of our internal problems with sword duels. Everyone would carry their blade at all times and have some sort of brand on their clothing.

My gang would fight constantly, twenty four hours a day to destroy our enemies using the worlds only truly effective weapon.
Our uniform would be black suits, top hats and a plain white mask, weapon, a fancy revolver and walking stick that turns into a sword, hideout, an abandoned warehouse that leads into intricate underground tunnels, and symbol my avatar. After finding out where another gang is we would march upon it, throwing molotovs so their building burns and brutally killing any who escape. Then we would leave behind a message to all the others that the Gentleman's league of mayhem (gang name) it coming. After that we'd hide, becoming silent assassins, killing at night and only leaving behind out sign symbol. Giving people the choice of dying or joining out gang we'd become larger and larger, until finally using all our power to take down the largest gang, most likely destroying the entire city while we're at it. Then, if we're still large enough/not dead/not in prison, we'd make a new goal of destroying parliament and several major British buildings. Fun times.
We would definitely stick to the original plan. Our colours would be black and we'd wear skulls. We'd strike fear in our enemies. We'd drive matte black 1960~70s era muscle cars that shoot fire out of the exhaust pipes and have a skull on the shift stick, who's eyes glow red when you shift into the 6th gear.
As for weapons, anything goes. We'd of course be wearing leather trenchcoats and dusters, with capes fastened by a chain of skulls. I'd personally use a Desert Eagle in one hand and an M16 in the other while my right hand man would use an M60. My left hand man would use a crossbow with C4 on it.
And every 6th of June, we'd lead a tap-dancing contest at the local community hall.
