Based on some of the ridiculous stories she tells you about if you actually bothered to talk to her, I say crashing a giant space station into a moon and getting chased down by Hanar would make an interesting game. True. I read the OP as the game being set after ME3, when Jack's character is quite different but if it's old Jack then there's some potential lulz there

It shouldn't focus on any of the previous characters and in my opinion shouldn't have any links with the previous games at all.
Just have another custom built character only allow the option to play as other species, for example each character class could represent a different species.

Comedy relief squad: Kasumi, Niftu Cal, Doctor Conrad Verner, Joker, EDI.

I was going to say, the Archangel Chronicles would do, at least as a sort of spin off title.

honestly though, I hope they do something new and we get to see some stuff we never saw, certain home planets to the different species. It could be set before the first game and that would be fine, they have so much they could do.

An RTS on the Rachni wars would be an interesting one. A pre-genophage game set on Tuchanka about how their world ended up the way it was. A sort of L.A.Noire style detective game set on the citadel would be cool too, or one to do with the first contact war.

The list of possibilities goes on...

As to my 5 squadmates, I'm going to take a different route.

1. Thane
2. Charr the Krogan
3. Kal'Reegar
4. Legion
5. Anderson

These five characters all have unavoidable deaths at some point in the Mass Effect trilogy(yeah, yeah, you can prevent Thane's death, but that's due to bad coding, so it doesn't count). I say ME4 should take place in the afterlife, where shit hits the fan and these 5 have to save the day.

Jack, I loves her and want to know how she cops with a second dose of survivors guilt, if the next game is a sequel.

Javik, again if the game is a sequel it would be interesting to know what happens to him. Would he go to the Hannar homeworld and live like a god? Would he just live a plain boring life as the last remaining prothean?

I think Grunt would be quite good, see if he dies in an epic mission or leads his own clan.

I'm not a fan of fan favorites, I think Garrus is boring for example.
