If monsters were real?

I wouldn't want to run into a monster that I can't defeat or escape and will otherwise kill me. I would like to run into something that I could fight against. Monster hunting ftw.

Completely depends on the mythos. Even the same monsters have diff powers and weaknesses based on the mythos. Can I be a twilight vampire? I will gladly sparkle for the powers they get. super-strength, speed, smell, sight, hearing, no need to sleep, super-smart, super-reflexes, super-everything.
