I suppose the one that would get the biggest 'Oh Crap' reaction out of me would probably be a Muk. IT'S MADE OF DEADLY, POSIONOUS, ANIMATED SLUDGE.

I think pokemons are smarter then dolphins

dolphins are pretty smart, second smartest creature on earth(2nd to humans). there are even people pushing to legally declare dolphins "nonhuman persons", giving them some rights such as not being locked up for entertainment purposes, etc.

Not quite. Cubones are actually crybabies by nature, and wear the skull of one of their parents in a way similar to a safety blanket.

That...that sounds like the premise of a slasher-film villain.
