Last I heard, it went from "We have issues." to "Play life, live games."

Paging Dr. Spinwhiz...

"The Escapist: I do say old chap, aren't we quite the bee's knees?"

Or alternately, "HERPADERPADERP"
Basically. This site would be so much cooler if they stopped talking about themselves.

"The Escapist, where chloroform becomes a pick up line."

I've seen that chloroform line so many times it's not funny any more.

Join us for the free circle-jerk about how much better we are than every other site
If it's true then we might as well circle jerk over it.

In all seriousness, while I realize it's not a motto per say:

Evening! In eyesight, an exceptional expression extraordianire. Enjoyed especially as an exclusive gathering of elites. This exterior, an effect of egotism, is also evidence of an estimation spread by everyone to extent. These people with extensive amounts of time, eloquent words and evocative attitudes express themselves with entertainment. In efforts to enhance their enjoyable pastime, this community exchanges ideas with high esteem for each other. Every opinion and expression may end with an extreme amount of differences but each is welcomed with an explicit want for engaging discussions with an extortionate standard for posts to meet. Even so, this is expected by all fellows and you will be educated as one of us. Without further adieu, may your stay be extraordinarily exception. I welcome you to the Escapist.

Bit insulting to everyone else who contributes to the site, dontcha think?
I'm sorry I didn't mean it to be insulting, more just commenting on ZPs popularity. I actually enjoy most of the content on this site.

The Escapist; where you can incoherently and pretentiously argue with other blazed people!

Or...

We're better than you. Yeah, we know it.

But so true. I guss that about 30% of people here found this site through Yahtzee's videos. Other things are good or even great (D&A, GKQ, Unskippable), but not even quite as popular.
