If they found the cure for cancer

Lets say that we found the cure for cancer in the form of a easy to use cheap pill. Also the cure for emphysema too(cause why not). Would you pick up smoking/drinking? Since their wouldn't be anymore negative health issues to worry about.

As for me well I already smoke, so I'm just hoping that this will happen within my lifetime or at all.

drinking and smoking have other side effects too, I for one cant stand the smoke, and many a death has been caused by drunkness
