i got this from an old friend of mine. Me a few others wanted to know what your Zanpakuto release what would be the phrase to release into your shikai. i'll give you my friends responces to get u started.

Zanpakutou- Heart of Sorrow.

Shikai: Show us your Anger- Sword extends from a traditional to a long Nodachi and the blade turns a deep blue.

Its Shikai allows me to control the Gravity in a limited area surrounding me.
It also allows me to effectively control the gravity around an object in that area, Fore example, my opponent or just his weapon.
I can make the gravity strong enough to make the weapon too heavy to lift or simply crush it.
I can also influence the gravity around myself using it, for example, to make my sword heaver while i swing it adding to its destructive power.

Bankai: Share your compassion- Sword remains the same but my range of control become unlimited.

I also gain the power to repel and hold objects just by influencing the gravity in the area and eventual gain the power to use the force of Gravity to tear open holes in an secluded space, creating a small wormhole.

Bankai: yabureme kindachi e-su. (Kings Split Aces)
Form: Chain-Scythe Pistols
Type: Power/Range
Ability: Creates pocket dimension outside of time with super slow time for everything other than the weilder. Increase force and fire rate from Pistols. Boosted Pyhsical Strength and Augmented speed.

"Kagayaki, Kakusa re ta mirâ! (shine, hidden mirror)"

The Shikai form is a long sword, with a blade that is half white and half black. It's signature technique allows me to "mirror" my self in some way, accompanied by a switch in the coulours on the blade. For instance, I can make so that anything I do with the right side of my body appears to be done with the left, and vice versa. Or I can invert my appeance vertically (feet towards the clouds, head near the ground). Both are designed to make it difficult for anyone I'm fighting to defend themselves properly.

My Bankai (causes Kakusa re ta mirâ to change from black and white to completely reflective). It warps the space immediatly around me, causing incoming energy (including kinetic) to be redirected back in the direction it came from, essentially reflecting it back at an attacker. When this happens, I become as reflective as the blade. As it can stop any type of energy, it takes a lot of concentration, and doesn't last very long.

Sword Name: Akarui Taiyou 明るい太陽 (Bright Sun); Its shikai ability is the ability to absorb and extract light from any source enough to put out any light source except the sun, and fire a straight beam much like a laser. The call is, "Kagayake, Akarui Taiyou! 輝け、明るい太陽！(Shine, Bright Sun!)" The attack's name is Natsu no Hi 夏の日(Summer Sun).
Weapon: sword
Bankai: Taiyou no Yousai 太陽の要塞 (Sun's Fortress); gathered light forms a suit of armor around his body capable of stopping just about any attack and burns enemies when touched. It also grants him a shield on his arm which can reflect light and blind enemies. The power of Natsu no Hi is amplified when fired.
