Yes, it would seem that the British have a knack for deeply moving public service announcements. My favorite is the one about drunk driving (or is it texting while driving? whatever, dumb teenagers) where this one girl driving in a car full of her friends has a crash, killing all of her friends and the people in the other car (including a baby), in full detail with all the blood and screaming and corpses, and then her in the hospital having to answer for 4-6 counts of vehicular homicide. The British do not mess around with their propaganda. As for what Yahtzee would say? Really, I don't feel comfortable answering that question, since I don't know him, and my answer might offend him.
