Oh so many things.... When I'm not gaming I'm either:

Working out
Watching TV/movie/anime/ etc etc
Reading
Going out at night
Hanging out with my friends
Hanging out with my girlfriend
Having coffee with my friends
Going to the beach

And lots of other stuff, I'm never bored =D

Depends how I feel. Sometimes I'll read, sometimes I'll write, sometimes I'll write songs.

Mostly, I play my guitar and browse the net.

I'm working from home for the forseeable future thanks to our new software system that works on my laptop. That takes a large chunk of my time.

Other than that I often spend my time playing with my kitten, writing my novel, watching BBC America, making out with my boyfriend watching anime.

I could be cooking or sleeping otherwise, tomorrow I may go out and get sauced for the first time in ages.

There's a ton of things I do while not playing.
But, to sum up a few:
I really enjoy reading, so that's a fair share. I'll put on a record if I'm not reading, either just listening, or perhaps fiddling with my Warhammer.
That's when alone, of course. When I have company, there's simply too many different things to do to list them.

what army do you play for Warhammer

I'm currently doing an Alpha Legion Chaos Space Marines army.
Past projects have been and all Night Goblin army(never got finished, but almost 2000 pts.), and Vampire Counts(never finished).
Only ever played with the Night Gobbos and Vampire Counts, and only against friends. I have been in the hobby for, I guess, 8 years, but I never can get my arse in gear to finish anything But I keep up with the news, and explore the background a lot.

(One of our 'Alte Herren' who lives in Houston is coming across the Atlantic to visit and he's prepared a HUGE American BBQ for us.. which I'm looking forward to since you don't get American BBQ all that much in Germany )
