The title's a quote from Death Note, and not meant to be insulting to anyone - similarly, if you came here in the hope of a Death Note thread, I'm sorry to disappoint you. 
We've all had games that we could never finish for one reason or another, be that it was too difficult or you got bored of it, or got distracted from it.
So what I want to know is, what games have been like this for you? Why?
Do you even bother completing any games?
I still haven't brought myself to finish GTA4, not because I didn't like it (I did), but I got distracted by my new (and painfully time-consuming) love for the Final Fantasy series.
