If you could add something to a game what would it be?
For me it'd be hunger/thirst in Fallout 3. Making it just a tad more realistic =)

As for me, I'd add more actual stealth to Assassin's Creed. Altair is an assassin, not a terrorist, he should be less obvious.

I would probably add non-linear level design to Half Life 2. Not wide open environments like that of Fo3, maybe just a few super big, freeroaming levels.

Other than that I can only think of the ability to change your person's appearance after you've started and a game were you edit the appearance, like mass effect or dragon age. Fallout 3 - More danger, especially in the night. It'd be cool to have to actually set up camp in places on your adventures and then hold it for the night or something.
Maybe better graphics for older games or those made in 2004-6 when it was kinda in between good and bad.
