What would you do with it? Mention genre or mechanics.

Personally? I always have weird re-occuring dreams about finding Tommorowland and everytime I have it disneyland is weird-er. One time it was a whol jungle, an old fashioned floating carnival and a genuine-ly terrifiying dark world. Maybe some kind of psychidelic adventure game

A Dinosaur Western.

I had a dream where I was riding through the desert on a Utahraptor, only to be attacked by banditos who were riding Allosauri.

Basically RDR with dinosaurs instead of actual western fauna.

I've been having horrifying re-occuring nightmares about being a rabid dog in the Fallout 3 universe.

I guess it would be a first-person survival horror, except that instead of being a human you're a dog that can only melee.

You could, like, have to kill Brahmin and humans or something for food, because the local 'wildlife' would be too dangerous to kill alone.

Maybe you could befriend a wasteland traveler?

I dunno.

Lots of my dreams involve cuddling and snuggles....so it would be the greatest game ever, obviously.

Kinda done already, the game LSD was based on the creator's dream journal and was incredibly freaky although not released outside Japan I believe.

But if I could, then it would be a psychedelic adventure including 16 different kinds of enemies, traps and dungeons and in one case an enemy that is it's own dungeon that includes a lot of things that are pretty much ripped off of Devil May Cry 3.

This idea is above awesome. I want to play this. Do you have any idea how big Utah-raptors are? Epic.

My dreams do not make for good games, they are so cliche. It'd be another zombie game or Space Marines.

I have this reoccuring dream where i am being chased by a highlighter yellow dog, and at the same time we are both being chased by multiple UFOs. With some thought, someone could get something wierd-but-cool out of that.

You are a costumed superhero. You're skills are set yet, but you can levitate to the point of near flight, shoot bullets from your fingers and pull swords from your chest. There are RPG elements that improve stats and abilities.

You have a personal life away from your superhero duties a la Peter Parker and when you make decisions of either trying to catch a petty theft or spend time with your family can have effects.

One mission would have you enter a museum where robbers are trying to steal a medallion that grants other worldly powers but you cause it to break forming the robber into a deformed beast he starts to take over the city. He also slowly gains power and as the game progresses the decisions you make effect whether the city descends into anarchy or will you save the day.

Also you can choose to be the hero or the villian. I guess it would be better if you could pick a certain set of powers.

Oh, not sure there. Probably a Hack and Slash where in you play an anthropomorphic dude by the name of Kashmir who has wolf ears, the tail, short claws, fangs, bright yellow eyes, rather hairy arms and legs. He would be a swordsman that can channel immense amounts of electricity. As such, he can electrify his sword for powerful slices, or channel it into parts of his body for various reasons.

For example, he could flow it into the bottom of his feet to create a path of static electricty that he can scate around on, which in turn increase his jumping distance and kick power (which I would call ride the lightning), or flow it into his legs generally to increase jump height and running speed (or shock jump, as I would likely call it). He could also charge it into his arms for rapid slashes.

The plot would involve him wandering around a huge country full of cities, villages, mountain, and forests to find his sister, who was kidnapped some years previously. He has finally caught a trace of her trail, and is looking for her by finding people who might know where she is.

I get the weirdest dreams sometimes.

I have my idea safely locked in y brain for a reason. But a taste of it would be a trilogy about a boy only 10 to 13 who lives in a utopia, a REAL utopia, but he finds it difficult to relat... never mind its way to long to write on a thread I'll put it up in three months when I get the first part done. Also dinowestern idea I would buy that game dude.

A weird game with a basic set of characters and a static control scheme, but slowly shifted genres.

Example: You start off in a FPS in the middle of a jungle. But then you take off your super powered goggles as you enter a town and you shift to Cover-based 3rdPS. Then you fall down a pit, lose your gun. And it goes all horror game. Then you find a comically sized sword and hair gel and we go hack and slash. Then the enemies start having names and back story and we've gone fighter. All this with the characters and cliches adapting to the current genre.

EVERY SINGLE dream I can remember slowly shifts from genre to genre. It's quite freaky.

I know this is sad, but I dream about the games I play. Not just dream them,, but dream Im PLAYING them. Sitting on a couch, with controller in hand, pressing buttons, looking at my tv. That is my dream. If that were to be a game...then I picture it to be similar to Heavy Rain....just your sitting at home playing whatever game you have.....

I plan on cashing in on my idea, but try and imagine something like the flood, add a hermit crab element, and then enter anything you like/don't like about society being thrown out the window, as most of it is worthless.
It really is a solid idea from the feedback I've gotten, but on an open forum I fare not say anything.
