He can kill you with anything including his bare hands, he has enough caps to put Tenpenny to shame, saved the Capital Wasteland, has a kick-ass house in Megaton, can actually get girls and looks like Duke Nukem with a beard and moustache. To sum him up, he is 1 third Chuck Norris who is 1 third Bruce Lee.
