You realize a warforged is essentially a golem right, and they gennerally get controlled. It was in Ebberon Series. Also Pick orc because orcs always win...at everything.

Orcs live to be the ripe old age of about 25. Not a lot of a life to live. Warforged may get controlled but theres nothing about them that inherently makes them easier to control than any other being, in fact they were specifically created to have their own will as opposed to being a standard construct.
