I'd choose charisma, simply because it's very difficult to rule a family clan with sheer brute force. It requires a strong sense of leadership and propriety, along with that sort of personal magnetism that many people seem to lack.

I need charisma. I'm probably the least sociable person of all the people I know. Second would be agility, being quicker and faster at everything would rock.

Probably Charisma. Although I apparently have a funny way of seeing things and stuff, I don't make a good first impression. Hell I don't tend to make a good impression until about the tenth time, by which point most people are bored or they are shocked to realise I actually have a personality.
