I'd increase Strength, since the others are pretty decent.

I would say charisma, even though I would assume my charisma is pretty high already, it never hurts to have a little bit more silver on the tongue so to speak...

I'm fine in everything but charisma and luck, which I don't care for. I'm too much of a loner to be charismatic, and who needs luck? It's not that bad where I would get struck by lightning everywhere I go. So I would choose agility. It'd work the best cause My bikes tire is flat and I have no car. Hell I love being fast, useful for almost anything.

Agility hands down, I'll need it for parkour and all the little tricky parts, it will also allow me to get away from people, increase my stamina, and boost my dodge rating.

I'm torn between luck and charisma. If I had to choose one instead of splitting the points, I'd increase luck since I can win friends and pick up chicks with that, which is what the charisma would be for.

Luck soooooooo much. Everything I start fails, everything I really want and would want to work for I won't get. I don't know why, I think it's just a lot of really bad luck and I hate it so much that I'm on the brink of giving up altogether. Really, I'm not kidding, I'd kill to halt this spree of bad luck.

Depends on how many points. With high enough dexterity, I could dodge bullets, so I'd choose that.
