Ok, alright, I'll give an actual answer which may or may not be quite as controversial!
Cthulhu. Who is another God but a God we have an actual description of. A miles-large, Octopus-headed, corpulent Dragon with leathery, bat-like wings; vomited forth from the bottom of the sea with his long sunken home of R'lyeh once the stars are 'right' and the sleeping God awakens. Arise he shall and to his rightful place of supremacy while the mortals below scream and go insane at the mere sight of his most minor of movements.

Can a whole concept be brought to life? If so, I choose daemons from Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials. I would love for my conscience to be brought to life to live beside me. <3

Well there are a few fictional characters from stories that I've written in the past but they aren't widely known so I won't mention them.
For me I guess it would have to be the cast of the Mass Effect games (Invite everyone from 1 and 2 around for a great big pool party, Ashley would of course be for Shepard's eyes only but I could try my luck with one of the alien babes). Or maybe the Arbiter so he can assist me inthe extinction of the human race forging an alliance with the humans.
Or hell maybe even just Rorschach or Emmet Brown from Back to the Future, people who would be fun to hang out with.... in a sense.
