The canceling of that show ruined my early childhood. I would be competing in the Sydney-based spinoff series if that show had not been canceled. Cowboy Bebop would be alright, though Watanabe said he thinks that "to quit while we're ahead when people still want more" is what he thought was "keeping with the Bebop spirit". Other then that... FIRE-GORRAM-FLY.

I want to say Firefly, I want to say Dollhouse, buuuttt...
They ended very conclusively, I wouldn't want to take away what's been done, emotional value starts wavering when you retcon things.
So I don't think I'd ask for either, I'm happy to have the endings they had, I'm sad they are gone but pleased that even though they were brief they were brilliant.
That's enough.

Instead I'd like to request the ability to request something new with that same spark.
As truly something new to add to the list of things I'll wish I still had long after they cancel it is worth far more to me then hurting the things I love to bring them back.

You though Firefly ended conclusively? They got told two days after making episode 15 the show was over. Or are you talking about the BDM, that was not a conclusive end. They could have filled in a lot more about - actually whatever, you're right. The BDM did end it. But, but, but...

I am talking about Serenity, I'm aware and saddened that the normal series was kind of made up on the spot. But the movie did end it, with the things they did they can't bring it back anymore. I guess they could try but I think we'd all be a bit bitter about the result.
There are questions I'd like answered, WE'D like answered. But as it is the move was as climactic as I think they could have managed and I still loved it despite the missing pieces.
