The addition of a mental "Fuck It" button so I could stop caring about what people think at certain moments. Being too critical about myself in crowds and conversations causes too much stage fright and shyness.

I'd get rid of my slight speech-impedimate, it's a real pain in the ass, that and my social anxiety.

I'm a joy to talk to in large crowds...

I was born with a cleft lip and pallet. I don't think it makes me look ugly, my surgeon did an excellent job in making me look normal (you can only tell if you get really close). It's just because of that I have terrible teeth problems. I'm 18 years old and have had braces since the 4th grade.

My mortality. I'd make myself immortal (with no aging).
I match your immortality and raise you shapeshifting (you could shapeshift into a visually identical self that doesn't age, or has super-strength, or can shoot lasers, or has more muscle, or is obscenely attractive in the 'people simply gravitate towards you' way. It is like immortality, but better.

OT: Fine, I'll be reasonable. I'd want to be perfect physically (not necessarily 'sexy incarnate', just with a reasonable amount of muscle, perfect physiological health (no pimples, darker skin (to prevent freckling), no moles, and all my tissue and organs in peak condition). With minimal physical limitations, the only things stopping me doing what I want is my desire and determination to do so.

The one thing I would change would be my inability to feel for others.
It's not like I'm making an effort not to, it just doesn't come, and it depresses the SH!T out of me

Change my body so I could actually gain muscle. No matter how much I lift I don't gain any muscle bulk nor do I get appreciably stronger, and I've tried a few regimens.

That or I'd make myself a few inches shorter I'm 6'2" andwould love to be about 5'9".
EAT... EAT... AND THEN EAT SOME MORE...
That's the only way to get big.
Trust me, i'm pretty fucking big. lol

I'd want to not be so damn fat, if I wasn't fat, I would be built like a tank, as it is now I'm built like a very flabby tank.

I raise you that and chose shapeshifting into fictional characters, gaining their abilities and memories!
I match you and raise you perfect shape-shifting. You can change into anything you can imagine while still maintainign your consciousness (so you can become a sentient armchair if you really want).
