Convinced my girlfriend that Yumi Frowne would be perfect and so her immigration papers say that. As for me: Peter Bradshaw works perfect.

Oddly enough, I just changed my name but I'm still not 100% sure of it. I let my long time girl, an Ancient Greek historian, influence me more than I should have. I've wanted to change it for years and it was actually an episode of the Simpsons that finally propmted me.

Homer: "You'll keep my name when you grow up, right, son?"
Bart: "Hell, no. When I'm eighteen I'm changing my name to Joe Kickass!"
Homer: "Man, that is so damn cool!"

So...legally...my name really is C. A. Tsirius! I didn't think the judge would go for it but she did. Me and my girl got engaged soon after so when we're married her name will also be C. A. Tsirius. Yeah, I got played but I don't mind, she takes some of the more...colorful...Ancient Greek practices very seriously.

BUT STILL MY/OUR NAME BASICALLY NOW MEANS CAT-DOG! IT MAKES ME SOUND LIKE I'M BIPOLAR! OR A HARRY POTTER CHARACTER!

Maybe Raziel from Legacy of Kain
It sounds bad ass and old school PS1 games rule
I always liked that name. I would change my name to Kain because he is my favourite character from the series and it sounds quite badass in my opinion. But thats if I wanted to, Im good with Shane for the moment.

I just have a quick question for everyone. If you had to take a Pseudonym (fake name) what would it be? And why? Does it have some significance, someone you like, just like the sound?

Personally I would take Sydney Shaw because I just like the ring of it.
If? I already actually HAVE one: Anthony Thomas Redgrave.

If you know what the name Tony Redgrave is from I will give you my praise.

Robert Clarke, or if I was creating a female pseudonym, then Niamh O'Conner. (pronounced Neve - it's an Irish name). That's simply because they are my two favourite names, and happen to be two of the five main characters in an ongoing idea for a series of short films I'm developing (still in my head at the moment, but eventually I'll probably get down to writing the draft scripts and trying to get it noticed and filmed.). Plus, I have a fixation with the Irish - I absolutely love Ireland, would love to go there and stay for a while touring the country, and I think that Irish girls are great (my perfect girl would be Irish and be able to speak the language - so sexy...). Anyway, those are my name choices. Others would possibly include Scarlett Webster or Abigail Patterson (female) and James Morrison (male - no, not the singer, but another of my characters).

That said, James Morrison is one of my favourite singers anyway...

I would change my name to "I want your body" and then forbid my family to ever call me by my name

Seriously? I'd probably legally change my first name to Fox since it's become such a widely used nickname that most people (including my wife) never call me by my given name.

Frivolously? Choose from the list:

Doctor Funkotron (just because when people ask "what's your name" and I say "Doctor Funkotron", that would be AWESOME. And funky. Six of one, half dozen of the other.)
Max Power
Angus MacTavish (I'd spend a year in Scotland to work on the accent first)
John Q. Public
Michael Bolton (so I could instantly figure out a lot about people by which association they made first)
Miroslav Kowalchuk ("wait...you're French?")
