wow there's just.... so many good options here... i think i'll forget that there is a one game limit here and just give myself complete amnesia so i can experience all the greats again. that'd be nice.

My english wasn't that good when I started playing those games, and I actually learned it playing them, so I couldn't really enjoy the story at it's fullest.

KotOR 2. I had to replay it sooo many times because a friend is adding all the cut content in it that I can barely get off Peragus. I know the maps by heart, every dialogue, every accent, every quest, every consequence, every dark side point...
And he's adding more stuff into it so I'll have to play test it again. I'll be driven insane soon.

Mass Effect. I've finished that game twice. Once, as a soldier, when the story blew me away, but the gameplay seemed very meh (because soldier gameplay IS very meh)...... and once as a Renegade Female Adept, when I knew the story but the gameplay was FUCKING AMAZING! (Because adept gameplay IS fucking amazing)
If I could combine the two experiences by forgetting the first playthrough? Well Mass Effect is already my favorite game of all time. So It can't really go any higher....
My second and third choice would be Portal and Portal 2, respectably, for incredibly obvious reasons.

In the game as well there is a side dialogue with a character who seeks amnesia to experience life anew. I think but not sure one of the ways to deal with that quest is to attempt to kill yourself and come back to life in front of the dude and the dude is like holy fuck. The other solution (probably more) is having to get some kind of amnesia causing item from some museum to give to the dude. Hell, the main antagonist main goal is get rid of all the possible allies and clues for the main character and make it so the main character has amnesia again. (I guess this can be equivalent of getting amnesia and NOT ever being able to play Planescape: Torment.

In all seriousness, if I could turn back the clock so to speak and experience a game like it was "new" again, I'd choose Doom. It is simply impossible to convey just how exciting that game was when I first saw it in 1993. Sure, every last part of it has been done better, and those titles themselves have been done better, and even those titles have exciting new iterations on the way. The game was as close to perfect as I could have imagined at the time. It was the game that made me realize what enormous potential the medium possessed.
ME2 just so I can get super excited to play it the next day. I have never looked more forward to continuing a saved game than when I played ME2. It's that feeling that makes me put the game in my #1 slot even though it's not the best game I own. It's simply my favorite.
Fallout 3 - Stepping out of the vault for the first time with no proverbial arrows pointing which way I have to go, no trailers watched and no preconceptions (apart from playing the previous 2)..... ah still warms my cynical and wretched heart.
