I'm going to go with Suikoden 3, or maybe just forget the first three then play them all consecutively I think that would be great since the first two have character from Suikoden 3 and seriously, If I could I would have it babies. Finding all the little things in those games and finding out how to get all 108 stars was fun and the stories were great and I was stupidly immersed in them. But Suikoden 3 will always be my favorite since it was the one that brought me into the series.

I see a bunch of people are saying Final Fantasies, but I'm going with Final Fantasy X. I consider it to be my favorite game of all time, and I would love to play it again and experience the game for the first time again. I may end up playing it again sometime soon, or at least experiencing it with my boyfriend as I make him play though it.

There are a bunch of games which blew me aways when I first played them, I'll name a few.
Pokemon for example. I remember how fascinated I was on my first playthrough of blue as a kid. I think I played for 7 or 8 hours straight the first time.
Half-Life 2 is another one of those games where the first experience was just great. Being in City 17 for the first time and hearing Breen talk on the screens and thinking what the hell is going on or getting to Ravenholm and being completely unaware of what will follow.
I remember when I played MGS for the first time, I didn't really expect much from the story but by the time it started to get twisted and weird, I was already completely hooked.

For positive "I'd love to experience this again from new" reasons: I know several people have said it already, but Fallout 3. That first experience of leaving the vault and seeing the world open out for miles ahead, still high on the list of stand-out "wow, that's really cool" moments of my gaming life.
For sort-of-neutral "I love this game but it'd be really nice if I could have my life back now please" reasons: World of Warcraft. I don't think that needs much further explanation.
For totally negative "I wish I'd never laid eyes on this fucking horrible game" reasons: erm... nope. There's a lot of games that I didn't like, found boring, found irritating, even found completely unplayable... but I can't think of a game that I hate to the point where I'd genuinely prefer to not know of its existence.

Yeah you just completely sold me on my answer. I remember the graphics were just so revolutionary at the time and looked brilliant. Meeting most of the characters for the first time was an experience in itself. The gameplay was fluid and the physics were nice. Oh how we need a proper sequel.Beryl77 said:

Kingdom Hearts. It's one of my top 5 games, and my number one for story. When I first heard about it, I thought the premise was just stupid as fuck. Then I heard nothing but good things about it. I went into the game skeptical and came out a believer. It was just amazing, and I'd love to re-experience it for the first time. Fuck, I'd play it right now if I could. God damnit! Now I want to replay it

It's definitely still worth playing. It's one of the best stories, if not the best, in video game history, along with having a bunch of very interesting companions.Capitano Segnaposto said:
It has aged, sure, since it's from 1999, but the hand drawn backgrounds are still beautiful and the low resolution available in the game can be mitigated by downloading the widescreen mod(totally worth it, btw). The downsides, depending on what you prefer in games, is that the combat is somewhat meh and there's a lot of reading, since only a few of the lines in the game are voiced. I didn't mind, but I know some people are turned off by it.
All in all though, I say don't cheat yourself from this magnificent gaming experience. You can get it on GoG for pretty cheap or there's a 4-box available on Amazon, as far as I know with both PS:T, BG1+2 and Icewind Dale.
I'm going with the crowd and saying Fallout 3. The first time you pop your head outta the vault and seeing the wasteland before your eyes set of many moments of joy as I knew I would meet lots of interesting knew characters and I was free to explore the land as I saw fit. Although hopefully I'd remember the mechanics of the game as I didn't know how to heal and was immediately killed by a bloat fly, yeah it was embarrassing.
