First: woodstock 69, check out Mountain and Hendricks
Second: Live Aid 1985, just for the Queen set
third: that one time Led Zepplin came down under

I would have to say Queen. I could go see them now because they still tour, but they're just not the same without Freddie.

Metallica during the Cliff years. Call of Kthulu would be immense live as well as Orion. Would be interesting to see metallica with Mustaine, before he was booted. Also a monsters of rock gig, I think Pantera would be a dream. Death would be sweet to see.

Metallica (before Paul Baloff died)
WHO? Don't you mean Cliff Burton????

The REAL soul and spirit of Metallica died the night when Cliff Burton died on that icy road in Sweden. RIP Cliffy, RIP.
I meant Burton....

Baloff was with Exodus...
Oh, okay, I get it. Yes, Barlof was in Exodus. Same era really. Early 80's thrash-punk-metal.

I just wanted to say that seeing the beatles wouldn't actually be very good. why? at the time that they played PA equipment wasnt powerful enough to be heard over the screaming fans. And they stopped touring after Revolver was released, so there wouldb't be too much to amuse a drug adled mind with anyways. Your best off listening to the albums.
I'd recomend to everyone on here to go see Heaven and Hell (nee Black Sabbath). They put on one of the heaviest shows i've ever seen, and Dio can still sing as good as he could 20 years ago

Django Reinhardt.
Good call, that would be amazing.

Billy Preston late sixties early seventies.

CSN & Y right around the time of Deja Vu.

Curtis Mayfield and Cream, first run.

Last but not least...Blind Faith.

JS Bach.
Mozart.
Holst.
Vivaldi.

And if I had to choose a rock band since, Elvis Costello and The Impostors.

Faith No More for me, I had tockets to a festival both they and RHCP were playing, two I wanted to see, but FNM were and still are my all time favourite band, and they had to cancel, and I believe, never toured again after that.

I guess I still have hope Peeping Tom may visit London and I'll be available.
