It would be akin to attaching another set of arms to yourself. Sure it would look cool but the novelty would wear off pretty quickly and it wouldn't improve your life in any significant way. Unless you would like to have a tail so you could have sex with furries. If that is the case, you are beyond help and I hope you never reproduce.
