If you could have an Item/Ability from a game, what would it be?

I would choose something that I could get reverse engineered such as the portal gun. That way = $$$. Alternatively the Crysis / Timeshift suits. The BFG from Doom. A Mech from Mechwarrior. The Thor from Starcraft 2. The Chronosphere / Iron Curtain from Red Alert.

The parachute/grapling hook technique from Just Cause 2. That would be so awesome! :D
That's exactly what I was gonna say!
It'd be great for when you missed the bus or something, you'd just grapple onto it and stand on the roof all the way to your destination.

Telekinesis any day.
It's the ultimate power, tbh.
Remote manipulation of matter, of energy itself?
With your mind?
There's so many things awesome about that.
With enough power, you could even go to space.
Maybe carve my name on the moon?
I'd definitely do that.
Or draw a penis.
One of those.
Definitely this. With telekinesis, you could potentially bend the world to your will as you see fit. Especially if you're allowed to use telekinesis on yourself. Always wanted to be super-strong, but you're actually just a scrawny little weakling? No problem; manipulate your muscular structure. Always wanted the ability to fly? Lift yourself up. Teleportation? Simple; just deconstruct your molecular structure and send it through the air at an extremely fast speed. Less mass means you can move faster. Plus, this would give me the added bonus of pulling a Gurren Lagann scenario, where I do what Simon did and invent teleportation just to punch a dude in the FACE. Seriously, how is that NOT badass?

Time manipulation skills. Like from Singularity or the Sands of Time. I'd love to clean up my mistakes or pause time for something.

Also, plasmids would be pretty sweet. Without the whole craziness, of course.

Either the dear ringer or cloak and dagger from tf2. The regular invisibility watch wouldn't be too useful unless you were planning on infiltrating a steel mill.

I'd like to be a dragoon, from The Legend of Dragoon.
-Wings
-Armor
-Magic
-Summon dragons

Being as good at skateboarding as the main character from Skate 2 would be fun. Having a collection of World of Warcraft mounts would be great too. "Oh, you've got a car? That's nice. I've got an armored bear. Oh, you're a pilot? That's great. I ride this wyvern to school."

The modern day FPS ability to heal all of my injuries by waiting for about five seconds and wiping blood out of my eyes...
I would pick many fights and do many super-stunts

Basically any power/ability/item from any game that allows me to live in perfect health for as long as I please.

Once my biological immortality has been achieved, I pretty much have all the time in the world to learn how to build whaever else I might like to have.

As it's been said above, Alex Mercer's powers would be handy. I could run to work, slap car and trucks out of my way, run up the sides of buildings and glide the rest of the way, all the while not feeling a thing... until realizing I did all of that to sit in a box for the next ten hours... then I'd feel stupid. So I would continue to do an Alex Mercer and totally murder the hell out of a car.
