the powers of Cole in infamous, always liked electricity/lightning, and it would be nice not to pay any more electricity bills.

edit: well since it had been said like 5 times already I'll think of a new one.

How about shape shifting, seen in several games, WoW and prototype come to mind. but ability to turn into other people/animals would be pretty neat I think, namely flying and breathing underwater, as well as easy espionage/robbery when I needed money.
