I'd be all over reality manipulation as well, but that's really just a power that means you can have any other power. If I had to restrict myself a little more I'd go with Telekinesis, Superstrength, and Nigh Invulnerability.

I think the ability to control time(time travel and freezing time at will) would probably be the best power. There are so many possibilities to what I could do with it. One such possibility is that it would be quite useful for fighting crime. Someone pulls a gun on me and suddenly they're tied up and I have their gun. The power is practically made of win and I see no drawbacks to it.
