Keith David (not David Keith!)
Oh hell yes. That was my answer. But for second place, Michael Clark Duncan. Seriously, that is a voice you listen to...or else.

Edit: Only 3 have said Keith David? Really?

BRIAN BLESSED for the pub - 'ALE! BE QUICK LEST I LOSE MY TEMPER AND THRASH YOU'

Tom Waits for social engagements - 'I'm guessing you're not a betting man'

Alec Guinness for dealing with authority - 'You don't need to breathalyse me, officer.'

Gah!!! I almost missed this thread. ahem...

MICHEAL IRONSIDES, MICHEAL IRONSIDES, MICHEAL IRONSIDES, MICHEAL IRONSIDES.

I would honestly sit at my house all day recording one liners,

"Finish him"
"WHERES MY DAUGHTER"

I'd have to go with Christopher Lee. The man has one of the most powerful and commanding voices I've ever heard. He's also an amazing Bass singer. Proof:

Are you kidding? What a silly question, seriously. I mean you shouldn't have to even ask, because there is only one correct answer...Brian Blessed [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_dWpCy8rdc&feature=related]!

Hugo Weaving.

For those who do not know, he was Elrond from Lord of the Rings, Agent Smith from The Matrix, and V in V for Vendetta.

Damn you ninjas! Morgan Freeman, Martin Sheen, Connery, even Brian Blessed! CURSE YOU!

...

It's OK. I'm fine. Right, since all the good actors are taken, i'll go with a singer: Marco Hietala.
