If you could have any creature(real or imaginary) as a pet what would you want?

A laser cat. Because WHO WOULD WIN IN A WORLD OF... LASER CATS?! (kudos to anyone who gets that.)

Or maybe a hippo. With lasers.

or... Boota from Gurren Lagann... inside Gurren-Lagann! (which shoots lasers, drills, and drill shaped lasers,btw)

Real animals: Spotted Hyena, a reticulated giraffe, pem. welsh corgi, and a spinxh cat. <3
Not real animals: Persian and Luxray from Pokemon, a black wolf/dog {The scary kind. All black with glowing red eyes}, Ammy from Okami, and that one mythical deer that was half deer half gryphon with wings and shit. That'd be super dooper,

A Dragon lady or maybe a Tiangou. I wouldn't pick anything dangerous that wouldn't have some kind of emotional attachment to me. I wouldn't want to end up its supper if it got bored with following my orders.
Being interesting to look at couldn't hurt, though...unlike some other creatures.

Thinking of which, a basilisk/cocatrice or maybe a Gorgon and some very good sunshades (stone shades?).

A magic white tiger (about twice the size of a horse) with feathered wings that can fly me around.

It can control the wind and lightning and some sort of spirit-bond-ish thing that lets me control wind and lightning too.

Its voice would be the same as Optimus Prime's.
