I've always been a fan of the over the top vehicles games come up with I also love what movie makers can do with cars. So if I have to pick one I'd want the 1973 Ford Falcon(interseptor) from mad max; it has all the power you would ever need plus it just looks sweet.

My second choice: the time machine DeLorean from Back to the Future part II. Sure, it'll look like a crappy 80's car, but it flies AND travels through time! Freedom of mobility in 4 dimensions: that's worth the car being an 80's throwback any day.
