Either of the Turok games would be great.

Banjo Kazooie & Tooie are on XBOX live so I think 3DS ports are unlikely.

And I'd almost forgotten about Jet Force Gemini; I wouldn't mind trying that again.

This one is a tough one because of how many amazing N64 games there were. At best I can narrow it down to 5.

If any of those 5 made it to the 3DS I would be ecstatic and pick them up day 1. If all 5 of them make it, then I will create a new religion devoted to worshiping Nintendo as the Almighty One and spread It's word for all to hear.

Mischief Makers or Body Harvest... or Turok 2, maybe Jet Force Gemini.

I played the hell out of the first one but never had a chance to try the second. I would peg that first one though, as an excellent candidate for the first 3DS FPS. I do know enough about the Turok games however, to know that Beast Wars was ass.

As for my real answer though...Turok would be freaking awesome...but I wouldn't chose that as my one. How about, Mystical Ninja staring Goemon! I loved that game and, resent my parents for not buying it for me...well, I did before I found and bought it at a local, independent retailer.

I'm not paying $170 and then another $40 per game just for the opportunity to play in 3D. No. Screw that.

Nintendo, just give me the chance to download your game from your website so I can play via USB, is that too much to ask? Are you so god damn proud that your library can only ever be on Nintendo hardware?

Turok 2 still stands as one of my favorite fps games around, though it ran really bad on the n64 so seeing an update of it would be pretty awesome, too bad every turok game since 2 kinda sucked.

Starfox. That and OoT are the only N64 games I really care about these days. I also loved Blast Corps back in the day but I think trying to play it now would give me an aneurysm. That ****** was HARD.

Ninja'd by the OP. Though I don't have a 3DS and can't see myself buying one, so it's more to add discussion value than anything else.

In other news, Kirby's Return To Dreamland is being released next week for the Wii. It'll be a return to form, with classical platforming and Kirby-powers like Crystal Shards did so many years ago.
