Seeing as I have no need for the obvious powers I want something for my own amusement.

I want to be able to give the world background music or even just give people their own background music with no way of being blocked out.

All of my choosing of course. I could do anything with this power.
This of course includes the power to rickroll people.
Take over the world, easy, pick an annoying song and don't stop it until they give into my demands.
