gotta say time control would be awesome!! say the wrong thing to a girl? try again. need some extra time to get your body ready for swimsuit season? no problem. need to know next weeks lottery numbers? got it. also i would like to not just warp all time at once but would like to control individual time elements as well ie: can make your body go back in time to look younger etc.
Power over time. (Pause, Fastfoward, Rewind) Like this, yea can't really make any mistakes. If you screw up, just go back and fix it. Need to get somewhere fast? Pause and take a nice stroll there, but no time will pass.. Plus all the stuff you can do to people when time is paused *wink*

for those of you who do not know what im talking about, dragoons have sweet armor that comes outta no where and protects you from most attacks, they can control elements alla sweet magic attacks, fly (aromor has wings on it), as well as command dragons. also the dragoon armor looks super awsome. over a win in my opinion.

i would like to stop time whenever i felt like it.
keeps me rested, and safe. also, it helps me win fights, or acost criminals without detection.
technically i guess i could fly too-- jump, stand on water vapor, repeat.

The power of healing at will (those last two words are important). You could also extrapolate this to being able to grow any part of my body at will.

Either the control over time(not a time traveler, like that Japanese guy from Heros), or psychic abilities(like the ones from Phsyconauts).
