I would want the Portal gun even though it's not a weapon... maybe a lancer. Or the sledgehammer from Red Faction Guerrilla that can take down houses in a single swing.

Warhammer 40,000 (video games are Dawn of War, Dawn of War II). In the grimdark darkness of the grimdark future, there is only AWESOME. There's a bunch of other sweet weapons from that universe....

The Bolter: A semi-automatic, .75 caliber weapon which fires armor-piercing explosive shells tipped with depleted uranium. This is it's handgun form; there is also a fully-automatic assault rifle variant, and a heavy-machine gun variant which uses 1.00 caliber bolts.

Basically, it's a fully-automatic armor-piercing grenade launcher.

I could go on, but Warhammer 40k is so chock-full of gory goodness, it'd be better if you took a look yourself.
