Everyone has thought of this at least once in their life. What would be the one thing you would have from all of science fiction?

I would personally have the Holodeck from Star Trek:TNG to live out my fantasy life.

FTL hyperdrive warp core thing. I want to colonize a planet in another star system damnit.

I'll take lightsabers as my second choice however.

That one pen thing Dr. Who has.

Edit: Never mind. Virtual Reality.
I remember thinking about it when was a little kid. I thought that they should make it tickle when you got shot/hit in the virtual reality universe to give that realistic stun feel and it would stretch your endurance. God that'd be fucking awesome.

An X-Wing fighter. That'd be freakin' awesome. I'd like a lightsaber too, but I'll take a starfighter first. A Jedi starfighter would be another good option, or perhaps an A-Wing, but the X-wing is just iconic and a good balance of speed, power, and maneuverability. And they have hyperdrive capabilities, so I could go through past the speed of light. Yeah.

Damn, ninja'd from the get-go!

Since I can't have that, can I have Deep Space 9? I've always wanted to try a Warp Core Breach. Failing that though, I'll take the U.S.S. Enterprise-D.

In terms of practicality I'd go for a mind-reading device. Or a teleportation device, but probably mind-readign device.

In terms of coolness.. Well, a hoverboard or a Iron Man suit.

Same here, I would go in and probably never come out again.

I think id just go for a Working-not-running-out-of-fuel-after-30-seconds-of-use JetPack.

Would make commuting to work a hell of alot easier.
