That one pen thing Dr. Who has.
There are just so many things wrong with this sentence. It's hurting my brain.
Don't try to think too hard about it. Remember when you tried to solve 2 + 2? Here take your meds.

Remember when you called the Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver a 'pen thing'?
.
The first thing I would use that sonic screw driver on is a nerd pride filled kid...
Seeing as it's a screwdriver and not a weapon I'd be completely fine with that.

A guyver unit, it gives you high speed, flight, a large amount of weaponry, good enough for me.

You have a limited imagination if you can't imagine a screw driver being a weapon :p

Tardis, hands down. I didn't even need to think about it, it beats out light saber and ray guns, it beasts robots. I want a TARDIS.

You really haven't even seen Doctor Who if you don't know that his Sonic Screwdriver doesn't even look like a regular screwdriver:

Why take any of those when you could have a Necron Monolith?
Easily to transport, very destructive, can hold a bunch of mechanical soldiers all hell-bent, soulless, and immortal in their assistance of your global conquest.

Mr. Data from Stark Trek:TNG while he has the schematics for the Enterprise in his memory..

Then i have him built it, so i have an AI android capable of running the entire ship by itself (and the holodeck, replicators, medbay, etc)

I'd be set, just have to strip those emotions from his brain one way or the other.

So when you said that you wanted the Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver you actually meant a gimmicky toy. Well that explains why you know so little about Doctor Who. Have fun stabbing people in the eye.

I'd go for the Anubis Orbital Frame from the Z.O.E. series. No one would mess with me in that thing; or more likely they probably would and I'd have a fight on my hands within thirty seconds of flying it :(

Speaking of which - I'm hoping that the onboard AI would help me learn to fly it. I'll just be stuck with a massive statue in the shed otherwise.
