I'd go with more practical things we all could use, like whatever tech enables travel of the vast distances of space in relatively quick times and terraforming technology, so when we finally make this rock unlivable we can just move. More boring than a lightsaber, I know. I'll take one of those too, or I would, but I'd probably just chop my own arm off accidentally. I ain't no jedi.
